Executive Director of Nursing

Bonnie Charpentier - VP Clinical Services

Very early in my life, I knew I was a caregiver. Helping others is truly what motivates me. My first job as a nurses aide was in a nursing home, caring for elders. Then I began my professional nursing career as a LPN and gained vast experience in eldercare.

After beginning my family and our sons began school, I decided to continue my education. At this same time, my dad, who had been such a strong supporter and positive influence in my life, was diagnosed with a brain tumor and died a few months later at the young age of fifty-nine. I knew from this personal experience that there had to be a way to keep loved ones with their families during these trying times and hopefully to the end of their lives if that is what they desired. I returned to school and earned a Registered Nurse degree.

Homecare was relatively new and growing in Massachusetts. I knew this was the niche I needed to work, enabling people to remain in their homes. My desire was to provide them with the support and assistance necessary to stay independent for as long as reasonably possible. I am certified by the State of Florida’s Department of Elder Affairs as an Alzheimer’s trainer.  I am certified by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners as a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP).

Today, after a multitude of changes, I find my life has come full circle. I am pursuing the same goals I did all those years ago, helping others through RN managed homecare.

Hank Charpentier, MBA, MA
Executive Director of Operations

While working, I earned a BS in Business/E-Business, a MBA, a MA in Marketing, and I’m a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). A few years ago while in transition from my last job of 15 years, my wife expressed an interest in starting her own Home Health Agency. Unsatisfied with the pursuit of technically focused positions, I yearned for more control of my own destiny, and along with my wife, decided to start our own Agency.

I am the Home Health Agency Administrator responsible for all the non-medical aspects of the business.  I am excited to go to work each day, helping others provides the personal satisfaction that I have seldom felt in other positions. As a Navy veteran and member of the American Legion I would be honored to help all vets and their families to develop a care plan that meets their needs. View Hank Charpentier's profile on LinkedIn

I am very happy to be a member of the Partners in Healthcare team!  A little about me: I am the youngest of four, growing up in Middle Village, New York.  My years working in home care were great, since I was able to work with wonderful clients, special coworkers and had the opportunity to learn so much.  I have two wonderful kids: a son,18, and a daughter, 15.  When not at work or caring for the kids, I love watching football and playing with my German boxer, Bella, and my Green Front Amazon, TJ.  I enjoy going to the coast for some fishing, too.  I look forward to working with the wonderful staff at Partners in Healthcare, for many years to come!

Jayne

Like our owner, Bonnie, my first job was in a nursing home.  I later completed my degree in nursing and several years later completed my degree in Health and Business Administration.

Most of my early years of nursing were in hospitals in Florida, almost all with pediatric patients.  When my first daughter was born, I chose to stop working full-time,  but started working in home health care.  I enjoyed caring for people in their homes much more than I expected.
I’m very excited to be working with a home health company that focuses on excellence in caregiving and relationships with our clients.  I’m quickly learning that this is a strong team of people who care deeply for others.
